Pfeiffer Balzers Tpu-060 Turbo-Molecular High-Vacuum Pump System

Description

This Pfeiffer Balzers pumping cart is built around a TPU-060 turbomolecular high vacuum pump (60 l/s) capable of a final ultimate pressure of 1 ×10⁻¹¹ Torr . The TPU-060 inlet is a 4.5-inch Conflat flange (CFF) with an ISO KF-16 exhaust foreline flange backed with a Pfeiffer Balzers Duo 1.5 A Pk D40 603/M7061 roughing pump. This is a fully automated pumping system controlled by a Pfeiffer Balzers TCP 121 Pump Controller

The TPU 060 turbo molecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications. This cart is in excellent condition and pumping perfectly, it was assembled by Pfeiffer Balzers and I used it infrequently for vacuum deposition work. Included is a Huntington Mechanical Laboratories 1518 thermocouple vacuum gauge, however this is only a gauge head without readout electronics.
