This left-hand single arm operator is constructed with a durable die-cast housing, strong steel arms and gears, and a steel wheel for dependable performance and long service life. It is designed for casement windows measuring 20″ to 32″ wide and up to 72″ high, supporting a maximum sash weight of 73 lbs.
The Encore 52.12 operator fits window profiles currently using EntryGard or Maxim single arm operators, making it an ideal replacement or upgrade for existing window hardware systems. Its design ensures smooth sash movement and reliable window operation.
